• We’re thrilled to hear you’re enjoying the tool! Your support and input mean a lot to us.
• Download Issues: This was only an issue for a few users. The download function should work smoothly, but we’ve flagged your case for the dev team to investigate further. I’ve also sent you an email—if you could send us the corrupted files, it will help us pinpoint the issue more accurately.
• AI Generation Improvements: We’re currently working on tuning and improving AI generation capabilities, including updates to workflows, generation models, and overall performance to make things more seamless. There were some specific issues between Wednesday and Thursday that have been solved by now.
• Folders/Collections for AI Graphics: This is a feature we have on our roadmap! We’re glad to see we’re aligned on this need, and we’ll keep you posted as it develops.
• Upscaling and Background Removal: These flows are being fine-tuned to ensure they’re 100% POD friendly, so you can expect better results soon.
• Redesign Feature: Have you tried the “Redesign” feature? It allows you to apply styles from existing graphics to new creations—it’s a fun way to explore different looks.
• File Management and Folders Structure: Improved file organization and folder structures are also in our future plans to help you keep everything in order.
