no png download posible

i love this AI Tool, but when ever I make a download with png and transparent background, this incomming zip data file dont work. It says: File cannot be unpacked, the format is not supported. I thought it might be because I’m working on Apple, but it doesn’t work in Windows either. A JPG image is of course of no use to me, but it works perfectly with it.
