I recently purchased the $29 plan on Vexels.
I am able to download normal designs without any issue. However, when I use the mockup generator and make some modifications to the design, I receive a “Download Failed” error message while trying to download the modified design.
Could you please help me resolve this issue?

We were unable to reproduce the issue on our side, and the mockup download process seems to be working correctly in our tests.
Could you please send an email to support@vexels.com with screenshots of the error and, if possible, the steps you’re taking before the download fails? This will help us investigate further and identify what may be causing the issue.
