Issues with the Tshirt maker

Hello, there is since two month an issue with the Tshirt maker, no matter which design I choose, when I download it, it’s an empty shirt without any design. And when I l choose to jusf download the design without the Tshirt / mockup in the background still the download is an empty shirt. Please fix asap.

Ps. You can already see from creating a preview (which has also no design on it) that there is an issue.
